The short version: we only ask for what we need to send you the guide and to sell you a playbook if you want one. We don't sell your information. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information at any time.
This policy explains what information Simple Process AI (“we,” “us”) collects on simpleprocessai.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your checkup answers. The free checkup works inside your web browser. Your answers are used to show your results on the screen. Your answers are not sent to our servers, with one exception: if you ask us to email you the free guide, we save the type of business and the process you picked along with your name and email, so we can send you the right guide and relevant tips.
- Your first name and email address, when you ask us to send you the free guide.
- Purchase details, when you buy a playbook: your name, email, what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails you send us, when you write to hello@simpleprocessai.com.
- Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, that our website host and email service collect automatically. Our email service may also tell us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. We do not use analytics.
How we use it
- To send you the free guide and the short series of follow-up emails you signed up for.
- To deliver what you bought, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To answer your questions.
- To understand which guides are useful, so we can make them better.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for other companies' advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They only get the information they need to do their job:
- Email delivery: Resend
- Payments: Stripe (stripe.com/privacy)
- Website hosting: Vercel
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page to process payments safely and prevent fraud. Our site does not set its own cookies. Only Stripe’s checkout page uses cookies.
How long we keep it
- Email sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep purchase records for 7 years.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
- See, correct or delete your information: email hello@simpleprocessai.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California or other US states), you may have extra privacy rights. We will honor those requests. If you live in a state with its own privacy law (such as California or New Jersey), email us and we will honor your requests to access, correct or delete your data.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Keeping it safe
We use trusted providers and limit who can see your information. No website is 100% secure, but we take reasonable care.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is important, we'll tell you by email.
