The short version: if a paid playbook doesn't help you, email us within 30 days of buying and we'll give you your money back. No hoops.
30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid playbook from Simple Process AI comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with it for any reason, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and you'll get a full refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Email hello@simpleprocessai.com with the subject line “Refund.”
- Include the email address you used to buy, and your receipt or order number if you have it.
- Telling us what didn't work is welcome, but not required.
What happens next
- We'll reply to confirm, usually within 2 business days.
- The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- Once you're refunded, please stop using and delete the playbook files.
Good to know
- Free guides and templates cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
- After 30 days, sales are final. If something is wrong with a file (for example, it won't open), email us anytime and we'll fix it or send a new copy.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and we're happy to help.
- This guarantee applies to every paid playbook and any bundle.
